Can I take my Moovi on the train?

This is a very hot topic right now! At the time this article was written, it was no problem to take an e-scooter on public transport.

After Hamburger Hochbahn AG commissioned a report from the STUVA (German Institute for Transport and Environment), a major debate arose in Germany. From our own experience, however, we can say that a Moovi in your pocket doesn't attract much attention. We were even checked for tickets, and nothing further happened. As far as we know, there are no penalties or fines. You're simply asked to leave the train/bus.

The entire ban is a complete farce and has a completely different background than the e-scooters that caught fire in Madrid or London years ago. Especially since evacuation due to smoke is possible on a bus, unlike on the subway.
