When you purchase a Moovis in our online shop, you have the option of taking out insurance directly with our insurance partner for 29 euros – so you don't have to worry about anything else!
If you decide to insure the scooter yourself or buy a refurbished Moovi, almost all major insurance companies now offer suitable insurance for e-scooters.
To insure your Moovi, you need our ABE P005 (Moovi Mini) or ABE P036 (Moovi Pro), as well as the Moovi's serial number (ES145… / ES200…). Both are engraved on the side, front left, of the footboard. You can also find them in the paperwork that comes with every Moovi purchase. You must also specify the manufacturer; in our case, this is Kaufmann Sortimentsgroßhandel GmbH (Kaufmann for short).
