Our Moovi e-scooter can be folded quickly and compactly, the design of the patented folding mechanism therefore requires a certain amount of play. However, this play has nothing to do with instability or safety deficiencies, our folding mechanism has been tested under the most extreme conditions and is very safe.
Please check: The hexagonal screws on the bottom of your Moovi must be adjusted so that the red border of the "Push" button is visible. Only then is the Moovi completely locked in place! Adjust it by feel so that the play is as small as possible.
