Our Moovi e-scooter folds quickly and compactly, so the design of the patented folding mechanism requires a certain amount of play. However, this play has nothing to do with instability or safety issues; our folding mechanism has been tested under the most extreme conditions and is extremely safe.
Please check: The hex screws on the bottom of your Moovi must be adjusted so that the red outline of the "Push" button is visible. Only then is the Moovi fully engaged! Adjust it according to your own feel so that the play is as small as possible.
