Is the transport system tipping forward?
No! You don't have to worry about the cargo system tipping forward while riding. The attachment supports the weight 5 cm in front of the axle. At the back, the footboard acts as a counterweight at a distance of 50 cm – so with ten times the leverage! Please note: If there is no rider on the footboard acting as a counterweight, only about 15 kilograms can be stably supported on the front mount with the stand.
Why is the Moovi more expensive than other e-scooters?
The fact that the Moovi is somewhat more expensive than many other models is due to our high-quality development and production. The Moovi is an in-house production and is manufactured entirely in our ISO 9001 certified factory and in compliance with all regulations. Only a few mass-produced electronic items are purchased externally. The compact, highly efficient motors are wound in our factory, and frame parts are stably manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC technology.
Isn't 330 watts too little?
Regarding efficiency, optimal coordination of the motor, battery, and energy management is very important. When developing the Moovi and its motor, we asked ourselves what the main goals were under the given legal and usage-related specifications.
95% of all scooter users have never ridden more than 10 km in one go. So why install a far too heavy battery for a 60 km range? This makes no sense for reasons of weight and cost, as well as excessively high resource consumption. The Moovi is designed for micro-movement, the so-called "last mile". It is small and light and can therefore be taken on buses and trains. This is especially important for commuters who have to travel a few kilometers to the train and then to their workplace. Anyone who travels more than 10 km to their workplace should resort to another means of transport such as an e-bike.
Is the battery replaceable?
The battery in your Moovi is permanently and waterproof installed. If the battery needs to be replaced, you can send your Moovi to our technical support. Outside of the warranty, a battery replacement costs approx. €250. In both cases, please contact our support at support@moovi.de
A battery lasts for approximately 500 – 700 charging cycles. After that, it should be replaced. Moovi replacement batteries are particularly inexpensive compared to competitors, where you might have to pay €600-800 for a replacement battery!
Technically skilled people can replace a battery in about 15 minutes.

We offer a wide range of the most important spare parts for the Moovi E-Scooter. In case of an emergency, you can get a replacement from us quickly and easily.
If you don't feel confident replacing it yourself, simply send us the E-scooter – it's quick and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
By the way, a replacement battery for a Moovi Pro Comfort only costs €249. Compare that to other manufacturers!
Can I take my Moovi on the train?
Unfortunately, this is currently a controversial topic, and many public transport companies have joined the unfounded assessment of STUVA and banned e-scooters on buses and trains. We have written a separate article about this. You should inquire about the legal regulations locally.
